A player accumulates HOF points from concrete achievements — major awards, championship rings, leading the league (black ink), top-10 finishes (gray ink), sustained-excellence seasons, and longevity. Enshrinement is automatic once a career clears 20.0 points with at least 8 qualified seasons and age 34+. No voting.
